人口结构与区域经济之间的关系一直是学术研究的热点话题。文章运用灰色关联分析的方法，系统研究河北省人口年龄结构、受教育结构、城乡结构等变化与区域经济发展之间的内在关系。研究发现：2010—2023年，河北省人口数量呈现先增后减变化趋势；人口老龄化程度持续加深；人口受教育程度逐渐提高；城镇化水平显著提升。灰色关联结果表明，河北省人口结构与区域经济发展关系密切，两大系统各指标间的关联程度都在中等关联及以上。老年人口抚养比、城镇化率两大人口结构指标与经济发展呈现出高度紧密的关联性，在推动经济发展方面具有重要作用。河北省人口结构与区域经济耦合的时序变动表现出一定的阶段性和波动性，二者之间的关系长期保持高水平耦合稳定发展态势。

The relationship between demographic structure and regional economy has always been a hot topic of academic research. The paper employs the grey relational analysis method to systematically study the intrinsic relationships between the changes of population age structure, education structure, urban-rural structure and regional economic development in Hebei Province. The study finds that the population in Hebei Province increased from 2010 to 2020, but decreased from 2020 to 2023; the process of population aging is continuously deepening; the education level of the population has gradually improved; and the urbanization level has significantly improved. The results of the grey relational analysis show that the population structure of Hebei Province is closely related to regional economic development, with the correlation degree between various indicators of the two systems being moderate or above. The two population structure indicators, namely the dependency ratio of the elderly population and the urbanization rate, exhibit a highly close correlation with economic development and play an important role in promoting economic development. The temporal changes in the coupling between population structure and regional economy in Hebei Province exhibit certain periodicity and fluctuation. The relationship between demographic structure and regional economy has maintained highly stable coupled development over a long period of time.
