邓小平能提出建设有中国特色的社会主义，首先是基于对新中国成立后我国社会主义建设中经验教训，尤其是“文革”的反思；其次是摆脱苏联模式，走自己的路；再次是真理标准问题大讨论掀起的思想解放；最后是党的十一届三中全会以来改革成效的初显。邓小平提出建设中国特色社会主义的核心要义是：从中国实际出发，走自己的路；解放生产力，发展生产力；消灭贫穷，实现共同富裕；发展高度的民主、健全的法治；坚持物质文明和精神文明共同发展。进入新时代，中国共产党不忘初心、牢记使命，扎实推进高质量发展，加快发展新质生产力；坚持全面深化改革，破除体制机制障碍；坚持以人民为中心，走共同富裕道路；坚持全面从严治党，坚定不移正风肃纪反腐；坚持合作共赢，推动构建人类命运共同体，开创了中国特色社会主义事业新局面。

Deng Xiaoping's proposal to build socialism with Chinese characteristics was first based on the reflection on the experience and lessons learned in China's socialist construction after the founding of the country, especially the Cultural Revolution; second, it was to break away from the Soviet model and pursue our own path; third, it was driven by the ideological liberation sparked by the great discussion on the standard of truth; finally, it was attributed to the initial results of the reform since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The core essence of Deng Xiaoping's proposal to build socialism with Chinese characteristics is as follows: starting from China's reality and following our own path; liberating and developing productive forces; eliminating poverty and achieving common prosperity; developing a highly democratic and sound legal system; adhering to the common development of material civilization and spiritual civilization. Entering a new era, the CPC will not forget its original intention, keep its mission in mind, firmly promote high-quality development, and accelerate the development of new quality productivity; persist in comprehensively deepening reform and eliminating institutional and mechanism barriers; adhere to the people-centered approach and take the path of common prosperity; adhere to the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, firmly uphold integrity, discipline, and anti-corruption; adhere to win-win cooperation, promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind, creating a new situation for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
