“实现社会主义现代化是一个阶梯式递进、不断发展进步的历史过程”,这一论断总结了我国社会主义现代化建设规律，坚持了马克思主义的基本立场，立足于我国超大规模经济体的复杂国情，科学揭示了现代化建设的长期性与阶段性、渐进性与飞跃性的辩证统一。学习领会这一论断，关键在于把握其中蕴含的方法论智慧，坚持战略定力与历史主动相统一，将久久为功的历史耐心和时不我待的奋斗姿态有机融入中国式现代化的具体实践，通过完善体现长远发展的考核体系和激励机制，扎实稳步推进社会主义现代化建设。

The proposition that “Socialist modernization can only be realized through a historical process of gradual and ongoing development” generalizes the laws of China's socialist modernization construction, adheres to the fundamental positions of Marxism, takes root in the complex national context of China as an ultra-large-scale economic entity, and scientifically unveils the dialectical unity between the protracted and phased attributes, along with the gradual and leap-forward characteristics of modernization construction.
