猪粪中除臭菌株的分离及鉴定

摘要:

为解决畜禽粪污废弃物无害化与资源化处理以及环境治理方面菌种资源匮乏的问题,运用富集驯化、平板划线等方法,针对猪粪中的除臭菌进行了分离与纯化,并借助感官法和锌氨络盐比色法对分离出的菌株进行初筛与复筛。最终获得高效除臭菌株XT-1,该菌株对H_2S的除臭率高达53.51%。经16S rRNA基因序列分析,初步鉴定XT-1菌株为嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas maltophilia)。此菌株在畜禽养殖粪污处理以及废弃物除臭等环境治理领域展现出潜在的应用价值。

Abstract:

In order to tackle the challenge of scarce strain resources in the harmless and resource-oriented treatment of livestock and poultry manure wastes as well as in environmental management, methods such as enrichment and domestication, and streak plate were used to isolate and purify the deodorizing bacteria in pig manure. Subsequently, the isolated strains were subjected to primary and secondary screening using the sensory evaluation method and the zinc-ammonia complex salt colorimetric assay. Eventually, a highly efficient deodorizing strain, designated as XT-1, was successfully obtained. This strain exhibited an impressively high deodorization rate of 53.51% against H_2S. Through 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, strain XT-1 was preliminarily identified as Stenotrophomonas maltophilia. This strain holds great potential for application in various aspects of environmental management, such as livestock and poultry farming manure treatment and waste deodorization.
