“大思政课”视域下充分利用优秀乡土文化资源，聚焦立德树人，推动高校创新人才培养，是实现知识传授与价值引领有机统一的必然选择。随着中国现代化进程的推进，全球化的发展和信息交流的加强，人们的价值观趋于多元化，逐渐对乡土文化产生了“疏离感”,成为优秀乡土文化融入高校育人面临的现实问题。通过分析优秀乡土文化的内涵价值，顺应铸牢中华民族共同体意识，推进师资保障、课程建设、实践教学与乡土文化有机融合，探索优秀乡土文化育人的多元路径，从而实现高校创新人才培养的文化使命。

Under the perspective of“Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education”,fully utilizing outstanding local cultural resources, focusing on moral education, and promoting the cultivation of innovative talents in universities is an inevitable choice to achieve the organic unity of knowledge impartation and value guidance.However, with the advancement of China's modernization process, development of globalization, and intensified information exchange, people's values have become increasingly diversified, leading to a growing “sense of alienation” towards local culture.This presents a practical challenge for integrating outstanding local culture into university education.By analyzing the connotative value of outstanding local culture, aligning with the strengthening of the Chinese nation's sense of community, and promoting the organic integration of teacher support, curriculum construction, practical teaching and local culture, this paper explores diversified paths of local culture-based education, thereby fulfilling the cultural mission of cultivating innovative talents in universities.
