在高质量发展背景下推进农村养老服务供给改革是实现社会主义现代化的内在要求。农村养老服务供给作为实现农村养老服务高质量发展的重要组成部分，其供给质量直接影响到农村老年人的养老水准。受多重因素影响，我国农村养老服务供给仍然面临着供需失衡、供给体系与发展要求不平衡、供给内容与需求质量失调等现实困境。对此，应坚持以需求为导向推进有效供给，以供给侧结构性改革弥补体系短板，以重视内容品质提升要素质量，实现农村养老服务高质量发展。

Promoting the supply-side reform of rural elderly care service under the background of high-quality development is an inherent requirement for realizing socialist modernization. The supply of rural elderly care service is an important part of the high-quality development of rural elderly care service, and its supply quality directly affects the level of elderly care in rural areas. Affected by multiple factors, the supply of rural elderly care services in China is still faced with realistic difficulties such as imbalance between supply and demand, imbalance between supply system and development requirements, and imbalance between supply content and demand quality. In this regard, it is necessary to adhere to a demand-oriented approach to promote effective supply, to address systemic shortcomings through supply-side structural reforms, and to enhance the quality of elements by emphasizing content quality, thereby achieving high-quality development of rural elderly care services.
